The 21st studio recording and first-ever eponymous release of the legendary British artist's four-decade career, ROBYN HITCHCOCK arrives everywhere on Friday, April 21st.

Hitchcock made multiple performances at South By Southwest (SXSW), where he was also honored with SXSW's 2017 Grulke Prize for "Career Act." The award, now in its fifth year, was developed in honor of SXSW Creative Director Brent Grulke, who passed away in August 2012.The Career Act Prize is awarded annually to an established artist who has appeared at SXSW to reinvent themselves or launch a new project.
 
Hitchcock will follow SXSW by embarking on a wide-ranging U.S. tour highlighted by headline dates across the country including a rare Los Angeles-area full-band show set for West Hollywood's historic Troubadour on May 3rd. In addition, Hitchcock will join forces with The Psychedelic Furs for a classic double bill getting underway March 29th at Austin, TX's Emo's and then traveling through mid-April. A number of festival appearances are also scheduled, including Knoxville, TN's Big Ears Festival (March 24th), Sonoma, CA's Huichica Music Festival (June 9th) and Happy Valley, OR's Pickathon 2017 (August 3rd-6th). For frequent updates and ticket availability, please check out robynhitchcock.com/tour.
